Join fellow knitters in the 2019 Lost City Knits MARCH MADKNITS Tournament.
All are welcome! Some of us will know each other, but it’s fine if you don’t know anyone. It’s a friendly group, and no knowledge of basketball is required.
1. The Tournament begins March 21st. All brackets must be filled out before play begins.
2. Go to www.pickhoops.com/lostcityknits , register using your own password, and then ask to join the lostcityknits group. Use the password lostcityknits to join the group. There is no charge to enter. One entry per person, please. If your daughter is into it, by all means get her to join in. If your daughter is 4 months old, you don’t get to enter a second time on her behalf. Yarn is at stake, so let’s keep it clean and fair.
3. Enter your picks before tipoff on Thursday the 21st. Check out how scoring is tallied. There are risk/benefit considerations regarding upsets.
4. Design your jersey. Talk trash. Enjoy the forced knitting time that is the NCAA tournament, but if there’s a tight game with a team you have going deep at stake watch your gauge.
