Introducing the Lafitte Shawl from Lost City Knits.

Not too far from downtown New Orleans sits Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve. During an autumn visit there I saw Fritillaries buzzing around, Palmetto leaves swaying in the breeze, and Yellow Tops blooming.

This calls for a shawl.

Yellow Top flowers make up the center of the pattern.

Palmetto leaves are incorporated into the edging.

Butterfly wings fall below Yellow Top flowers.
